Stephano

Liking to remain something of an enigma, Stephano operates best behind the scene and is the force that drives the passion in our design team and business.

Stephano has over 20 years experience in hair design. He is famous for his meticulous hair cutting style. Sought after by many, able to service a few, Stephano added company to help meet the growing demand for his expertise.

While he has cut the tresses of some famous celebrities such as the comedienne Samore, songstress Mary J. Blige, actress Sanaa Lathan, rapper Too Short and comedian Mike Epps, he knows ALL of his guests are stars. He has committed himself to excellence and star quality service to everyone under the stars. From teachers, to housewives, from sports enthusiast to Chanel wearing divas; everyone is beautiful and is treated as such.

His philosophy to hair cutting is synonymous to a piece of quality fabric. Until the fabric is cut into a piece of wearable and useable art, it’s just fabric. He knows and understands that everyone has their own special fabric that needs a special cut and design to fit their everyday lifestyle regardless the race, wealth and status.

Stephano has been the recipient of various hair shows in Cleveland, Ohio. He was represented briefly by the illustrious William Morris Talent Agency for hair stylist and others in the entertainment industry to boost his career.

Ladosha

As a manager, instructor of cosmetology and as an advanced student of trichology, I understand that there are five basic components to one's life: social; cultural; physical; emotional; and spiritual, all which encompass a spirit of interdependency. We all need each other. To be of use in any aspect of life, self preservation is priority one.

Ms. Ladosha Wright was the 2006 recipient of the National Council of Negro Women's Community Service Award. She is a columnist for the Call & Post 2 and offers CEU's for cosmetologists in Ohio. Ladosha has been writing a book and has produced a DVD which you will be able to get a copy of very soon.
