Guest Services

Our Guest Services personnel is smiling and awaiting your arrival. Your personal belongings are put away for you so that you may relax and enjoy your service. Because you will be seen at your scheduled appointment time, please turn off cell phones and pagers. Also, due to limited seating and a relaxing atmosphere, we do not have the accomodations for children unless they are being serviced as guests.

The nature of your consultation will be determined by the service you requested and are scheduled for. Afterwards, you will receive a relaxing scalp massage and stimulating shampoo. All information from your consultation is confidential and is used for salon purposes only. The options of conditioners and/or treatment will be done at the guest's request. During this time, you will constantly be receiving information gathered from the consultation.

Our staff will proceed with the service routine to complete the requested service. Guests are encouraged to question staff as much as they desire. Your initial appointment will end with complimentary product samples when available and recommendations. You will also have the opportunity to purchase hair, skin and nail products.

And last but not least in the area of improved guest services, technology is catching up with us! That's right. WIFI and wireless access will be here in the beginning of 2008. When you arrive...

Please allow us to hang up your coats, place your purse or briefcase on our personal belongings stand so that you can relax and enjoy the services we are providing you. During the winter months, hot tea is available to warm you up from the frigid Cleveland air. Cold water is also available if that is what you prefer.
